Refund policy
Custom orders/altered items are nonrefundable
Our standard policy is once an order is placed, it CANNOT be refunded. If we give you a refund, there will be a 15% restocking fee. This is due to as soon as an order is placed the sheet is put into a batch/started on and there are non refundedable credit card/processing fees we cannot get back.
Hot Headstalls does not do exchanges, only returns, and we do not refund shipping.
How we resolve OUR mistakes:
-If we sent you the wrong items/missing items: we require photo proof of the mixed up items/damaged package. We always are happy to resolve issues and truly apologize for any mistakes we need, but we do need photo proof of mixed up items/a damaged package so we can make the exchange, correct our inventory, and if something was lost in transit file a claim with the post office.
-We will replace any item that has a stitching/hardware/buckle/Velcro failure, but unfortunately our replacement policy doesn’t cover when a horse is too rough on something, normal wear of items, etc.
RETURN POLICY:
No returns after 15 days of receiving an order. Customer is responsible for the items until they are safely returned to us.
Hot Headstalls accepts returns on:
We do NOT accept returns for: custom orders, any and all clothing, custom sizing, or limited edition/pre order items.
Hot Headstalls Bell Boot and Sport Boot return policy:
Hot Headstalls accepts returns on un used (you can try them on but not ride in them) boots.
Once received and confirmed they are still in unused condition you’ll receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
Hot Headstalls does not do exchanges on any items, you can return your unused item for a refund, and re order what you want in a different pattern/style/ size
SADDLES:
No returns, refunds, or cancellations of saddles or saddle pre orders. All sales are final.
